🐾 For Puppies:

  • Local Pickup: You may pick up your puppy in person at our arranged location once they’re ready to go home.
  • Ground Transport: We use trusted animal transporters who ensure your puppy travels safely in a climate-controlled vehicle.
  • Flight Nanny Service: For longer distances, a flight nanny can personally accompany your puppy in-cabin and hand-deliver them at your nearest major airport.

📦 For Products:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.
  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads
  • Live animals (puppies are not eligible for return or exchange)

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at purebreedskc@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. After your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an eligible product for a different size, color, or item, please email us at purebreedskc@gmail.com. We’ll confirm product availability and provide next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or correct the issue right away

At PurebreedsKC, we currently only ship within the United States for both puppies and products. This ensures we can maintain safe, reliable, and timely delivery for all customers.

International orders and live animal transport involve additional regulations and health documentation, so at this time, we do not offer overseas shipping.

Yes! At PurebreedsKC, we’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible products.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Your exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at purebreedskc@gmail.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and what you’d like to receive instead.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
  3. When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your replacement item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our end or a damaged/incorrect item.

Once your order ships, PurebreedsKC will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can use this link to check your delivery status anytime.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at purebreedskc@gmail.com for assistance.

For Puppy Deliveries:

Tracking is handled differently for live animals. Once your puppy’s transport is scheduled, you’ll receive direct communication from your transporter or flight nanny with travel updates and delivery details.

🐶 PurebreedsKC Shih Tzu Puppy Information

At PurebreedsKC, we’re passionate about raising happy, healthy, and well-socialized Shih Tzu puppies in a loving family environment. Our puppies are raised right in our home — surrounded by care, play, and everyday family life — so they grow into friendly, confident companions ready to become part of yours.

Below you’ll find everything that’s included with our puppies, pricing details, and what you can expect when bringing your new Shih Tzu home.


🐾 Puppy Pricing & Deposit

  • Price per puppy: $1,000
  • Deposit required to reserve: $300 (non-refundable)

To reserve your puppy, a $300 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy. Please note that deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future litter if necessary.

Before sending a deposit, you’ll be asked to review and sign our Puppy Deposit Agreement. This ensures that both parties clearly understand the terms and that your chosen puppy is officially held for you.

🐾 What’s included with my PurebreedsKC puppy?

🐾 Do you offer a health guarantee?

Yes! Every PurebreedsKC puppy comes with a two-year written health guarantee that protects against serious hereditary or congenital conditions. We take your puppy’s health seriously — our guarantee ensures that your puppy is in excellent condition when they go home and that you’re protected in the rare case of a major health concern.

Before pickup, each puppy receives a full veterinary exam and comes with complete vet records. We ask that all buyers have their puppy examined by their own licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup to keep the health guarantee active.

🐾 Are your puppies vet checked?

Absolutely. Every PurebreedsKC puppy is thoroughly examined by our trusted veterinarian before leaving. Their heart, eyes, hips, knees, and overall wellness are checked to ensure they’re in great health. You’ll receive a record of all vaccinations, deworming, and vet visits with your puppy.

🐾 Do your puppies come with registration papers?

At this time, our Shih Tzu puppies do not come with registration papers. Our focus is on raising healthy, loving, family-raised companions with excellent temperaments.

🐾 Are your puppies microchipped?

We currently do not microchip our puppies. You’re welcome to have your veterinarian microchip your puppy once they’re settled into their new home.

🐾 How are your puppies raised?

All PurebreedsKC Shih Tzus are family-raised in our home, not in kennels. From birth, they are loved, handled, and socialized daily with people, children, and other pets. We begin early potty and grooming routines to help your puppy adjust smoothly to their new family.

Average adult weight: Our Shih Tzus typically range from 9–15 lbs once fully grown.

🐾 Do your puppies come with a health certificate?

While we do not issue an official state health certificate at this time, each puppy has a veterinary record confirming their wellness check and vaccinations prior to going home.
